The Wichita Mid-Continent Skate is a sanctioned non-qualifying competition open
to all eligible (amateur) skaters who are current members of the USFSA as
described in CR 32.01 in the current rulebook.

The Wichita Fall Frolic requires that competitors be
members of the USFSA or of the ISI.
